generation programming tool usable in AS/400, UNIX,
and client-server environments;

Analysis - Performed technical analysis of a
complex proposal preparation system as part of a team
composed of both client personnel and outside consultants.
Analyzed MVS COBOL, C and Basic programs
and MVS JCL. Prepared written report of findings
with extensive flowcharts and technical commentary which
were included in a larger report;

project - Programmed and implemented complex
interface between client's existing J.D. Edwards
and legacy applications and a Gary Brown Fixed Assets
management package;

Study - Conducted evaluation of fixed asset

world wide, developed recommendations, prepared and
presented report. Evaluated J.D. Edwards Fixed Assets
package (for AS/400 systems) for world wide use.

Incorporated - Mr. Parker has served as consultant and part-time IT
Director for this publicly held steel processor for over 15 years. During that
period the company has installed Internet services and networking in four
remote branch locations, implemented on-line access to its IBM AS/400 via the
internet with appropriate security, and installed a complete customized supply
chain management software package.

major on-line real- time database applications.
Recruited and managed staff of 15, managed analysis,
programming, training and implementation; performed
quality control, system testing; performed user
training and provided implementation support. The
products were developed using COBOL, DMSII (an
early relational data base product) and
GEMCOS
(a network control program) on a Unisys B1985.

specification for an RFP for the Codes Enforcement
and Inspection department. Interviewed key employees,
assembled information, defined the conceptual
framework for a complex departmental information
system, and wrote the RFP.

using TCP/IP over frame relay and Ethernet 10 and 100

Windows NT Workstation, and Windows 95.

Manufacturer - multiple plants:

implementation - Planned, managed and performed
implementation of ShawWare (a plant
maintenance and scheduling package) on an IBM AS/400
in two plants located in Louisiana and Nevada.
Performed all analysis and programming, managed training
and implementation. Project lasted 14 months, completed
on
schedule and under budget;

Consulting
study - provided technical analysis in support
of a project to select financial packages to operate on
an AS/400. Software analyzed included Software
2000, J.D. Edwards, and Lawson.

development - Proprietary.

Developed,
marketed and supported a comprehensive route distribution
package for Coca-Cola bottlers and similar companies. Completed
nine turnkey installations and many less extensive
implementations. Recruited and managed a staff of 20
persons, performed extensive marketing, sales and
training throughout the U.S.

marketing venture with Burroughs resulted in total sales
in excess of $11 million (expressed in 1997 dollars).
